We’ve been making Austin’s outdoor spaces beautiful since 2017, but our team has been at it a lot longer! Owner William Espich spent years working in construction for well-known Austin contractors, but he felt that their approach to doing business focused too much on money and too little on people. He founded ATX Residential Construction to give Austinites a choice that will always put clients first.

William Espich has over 10 years of knowledge in the construction industry. With Fences & Decks being his favorite type of project, he handles all the company's project management. He helps customers find the perfect design & materials for their lifestyle and projects.

The core of everything we do at ATX Residential Construction is our people-centered process. We collaborate with you every step of the way to ensure that all your needs are being met. What does this process look like?

Planning Phase

We start with our planning phase. During this phase, you’ll collaborate with our team to develop a plan and budget that truly fits your wants and needs. We don’t start working on this project until every single detail receives your stamp of approval.

Design Phase

Once the plan is approved, we’ll get started on a design. First, we’ll create an initial design that captures the essence of your project. Our team will then work on a final design that incorporates all of your wishes. As with the plan, the last word is yours. We want to be sure our design is your dream.

Installation Phase

Finally, we’ll begin the installation. Our installers will use the plan and design you helped create to guide them in their work. We’ll work until we’ve nailed every detail. When you’re happy with the finished product, so are we!
